Thomas Weber joined DBAG in 2014 and is Head of Business Development.

Previously, Thomas Weber served at PwC, Commerzbank and Concept Consulting, a mid-market consultancy firm. In addition to business development, he focused on human resources.

Thomas Weber holds a degree in Law from the Goethe University, Frankfurt.

Sigrid Rosemeyer joined the Fund Investor Relations department of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG in 2024.

Before joining DBAG, Sigrid Rosemeyer was a Managing Director at Capital Group for six years. Prior to that, she worked in asset management at Helaba Invest as Director Institutional Sales. Sigrid Rosemeyer began her career at Merrill Lynch, where during her 14-year tenure she was initially responsible for Fixed Income Institutional Clients, Equity Derivatives and most recently Structured Fund Sales in the DACH region.

Sigrid Rosemeyer holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Management and Finance, Frankfurt/Main.

Roland Rapelius joined Deutsche Beteiligungs AG in 2020. He became Head of Investor Relations in 2021 and took over the area of Corporate Communications in 2022.

Before joining DBAG, Roland Rapelius held senior positions at well-known banks. He has many years of experience in the areas of capital markets, equity analysis and corporate finance. Roland Rapelius began his career in the financial sector as an equity analyst for small and mid caps at Berenberg Bank.

He holds a degree in industrial engineering from FH/Uni/TU in Hamburg, a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University, New York, and earned the title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Yasmin Behboudi joined DBAG in 2021 and became Head of Human Resources in 2022.

Before joining DBAG, she was Executive Director in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt/Main. Prior to that, she worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as an HR Advisor and supervised employees in six European countries. Yasmin Behboudi began her career in recruiting specialists and executives at personnel consultancies specialising in the financial industry.

Yasmin Behboudi studied German & Historical Linguistics at Goethe University, Frankfurt/Main.
